First ever on-line vote cast in EU elections
Estonia is the first country in the EU to have on-line voting for the European Parliament elections. Vahur Orrin from Tallinn took the chance to become the first man ever to vote on-line when he cast his vote in Brussels – one second after the the polling site went up on Thursday 28 May 2009.
