Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, on Monday delivered the 2009 Paul Henri Spaak Lecture in Brussels.
This lecture series was named after Paul-Henri Spaak, the Foreign Minister of Belgium who played a decisive role in working out the Treaty of the European Economic Community and EURATOM of 1958.
The series is organized by the Belgian section of the Association of European Journalists. In previous years, the lecture was given by European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and by Hans-Gert Poettering, President of the European Parliament.

This lecture starts so boring that I don’t see any interest in watching it.
