Czech PM on Klaus’ Reluctance to Sign Lisbon Treaty

Czech Prime Minister Jan Fischer, after meeting with European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, confirms at a press point that the Czech Republic has tabled demands for a an ‘opt-out’ clause in the Lisbon Treaty on future cooperation between the member states of the European Union.
