Polish President Signs Lisbon Treaty

Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski on Saturday signed the Lisbon Treaty on the future of the European Union, leaving the final signature to be put under the treaty that of the Czech President Vaclav Klaus. Also speaking at the ceremony are European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and Sweden’s Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt.
