Barroso: Europe Ready to Table 30% CO2 Cut

Shortly before the start of the UN clmate change summit in Copenhagen, Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission, calls on developing nations to make commitment to curbing carbon emissions and says Europe will raise its pledge to a cut of 30 percent from 20 percent by 2020 if they do so.
