Rasmussen: COP15 talks ‘to agree to effective deal’

Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen speaks at the opening of the COP15 meeting in Copenhagen on Monday, saying countries of the world are gathering to agree an “effective deal based on our fundamental principles, on our common resolve and on the political, social and economic realities in our countries toward the world.”
