Neelie Kroes about online taxes: Balance has to be found

This is part two of the 12-minute press point by Neelie Kroes, Commissioner-designate for Digital Agenda and Internet. Kroes addresses journalists immediately after her 2 hour 49 minutes hearing at the European Parliament. Kroes, who was Europe’s antitrust chief for the last five years, now is to become vice-president of the European Commission and deal with tough issues such as digital copyrights and the online European single market.
