EU leaders arrive at Solvay Library for summit on Greek euro crisis

This footage shows presidents and prime ministers of the 27 EU member states arrive at the Solvay Library summit venue in Brussels for the first-ever such meeting called by EU president Herman van Rompuy. At the meeting they discussed the Greek euro crisis, triggerred by excessive government debt, and the economic course for the EU in the next ten years, in a plan known as the Europe 2020 strategy. This strategy is to be defined at two subsequent EU summits, in March and in June of this year.
