Roma, financial rules, debated at EU parliament

Members of the European Parliament debated Wednesday with European Council President Herman Van Rompuy, on last week’s EU summit results. Yesterday, Van Rompuy discussed developments in the Task Force on Economic Governance with EP President Jerzy Buzek, the political group leaders and the chairs of a number of EP committees. Continuing from last week’s European Council Summit,m the issue of the Roma, and how Europe treats minorities, is still heated and ongoing.
