After a one-year absence amid unexpected legal claims, the Worst EU Lobbying Awards are returning to Brussels in 2010. The organizers, which include Friends of the Earth, Corporate Europe Observatory, Lobbycontrol and Spinwatch, said on Wednesday this edition will be the 5th time that the awards are being held. The organizers have opted to give the awards in two categories: Climate and Financial Regulation.
