Cameron’s action on EU budget delays group photo at EU summit

After a long delay we finally have a group photo of the heads of state at the European Council Summit. The delay of the photo op was apparently due to a heated debated started by UK PM David Cameron outrightly refusing a raised EU budget contribution. The issue has been divisive, and 10 countries: Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Slovenia and Estonia, have now signed Cameron’s statement.
