Serge Brammertz, Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, was in Brussels to inform EU Foreign Affairs Ministers about cooperation with Serbia and Croatia. He spoke about a resolution to the situation being more likely if it followed the arrest of two remaining fugitives Bosnian-Serb commander Ratko Mladic and former Croatian Serb-leader Goran Hadzic. He expressed his disappointment at majority support for Mladic in Serbia
