Cameron: EU summit ‘victory for common sense’

The agreement among EU member states on the change to the Lisbon Treaty to help create a permanent rescue fund for troubling eurozone countries is a ‘victory for common sense,’ said British Prime Minister David Cameron at a press conference following the summit.
