Medvedev Criticizes EU Energy Policy

At the EU-Russia Summit in Brussels December 7th, Dmitry Medvedev the Russian Prime Minister spoke about the need for the EU and Russia to construct a normative framework in their energy discussions. Although in Mr Medvedev’s opinion the EU-Russia relations on the issue are mutually beneficial he alludes to there having been problems in the past.
