Russia on right track, says Barroso

During the 26th Europe – Russia Summit, held at the European Council in Brussels on the 7th of December, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso commended Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on his efforts to regulate business and environmental issues in Russia.
