Schulz questions Orban about Hungarian Council Map

The President of the Socialist and Democrat Alliance in the European Parliament has called on Hungary to rethink the message of the Hungarian ’1848′ carpet in the EU Council building. Using a Friedrich Nietzsche quote about how ‘great victory’s represent great danger’ Mr Schulz appealed to Mr Orban to reconsider some of the initiatives his government have undertaken in recent weeks, including throwing out the new controversial media law.
