Barroso: Summit needs to remove barriers to EU energy market

Heads of state and government from the 27 members of the European Union will meet in Brussels on Friday to for a special, one-day summit on European energy policy. European Commission President Jose Manual Barroso on Monday previewed the summit, during a press point with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk,
