In a hearing entitled ‘The State of play in the Middle East peace process held this week in Strasbourg, EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton has urged Israel to rethink it’s fraught settlement building program, which is undermining any progress possible between Israel and Palestine.
