Frattini: EU Not at war with Libya

Franco Frattini, Italy’s Foreign Minister has said that the EU is not at war with Libya. Italy, which is the closest EU country to Libya is already feeling the strain of increased migration, has said it hopes to share the burden with it’s European partners, this issue set to dominate Italy’s agenda, if not the rest of the EU27.
