Irish Finance Minister Noonan expecting stress test to be better than predicted

Minister for Finance in the newly elected Irish government has said that the previous calculations regarding the size of the ‘black hole’ in Irish banks may not be as bad as estimates foresaw last week. Although apparently not privy to new information, and still of the opinion that 10 Billion will not be enough to plug the gap, Mr Noonan said the previous estimates were ‘miscalculations’
