Kosovo’s Minister for European Integration met Stephan Fule, the EU’s Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood policy in Brussels last week. Vlora Citaku, believes that ‘EU integration is not optional, but mandatory’ for Kosovo, and she is seeking to concretize, contractualise and formalize EU-Kosovo relations during her visit.
