Libya: EU looks at humanitarian, economic and political issues, says Ashton

The European Union, with its 27 member states, is to address humanitarian, economic and political issues in Libya and seeks to complement the international military action with its own support systems, says EU High Representative Cathy Ashton ahead of Monday’s meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.
