Vassiliou: “At least 40% of our young people should have a higher education qualification”.

Speaking in a press conference on Tuesday, Androulla Vassiliou, commissioner for for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth, stated that the Commission intends to “increase the proportion of 30-34 year olds with a higher education or equivalent degree”, which would represent an extra 2,6 million graduates.
